We did a short scenic tour of some of the sights in town. The statue of the fallen Russian soldier was up on a hill overlooking town. A long walk up the hill. Everywhere here seems to have a long walk up to. If you were disabled you would be buggered! Actually all the shops are also about a metre off the ground up some steep steps. This is because when it rains here it floods as there are no drains at all. The water just sits on the ground until it evaporates.
Then we went past the museum and The Square where there was a parade to mark the last days of the Nadam Festival.Tomorrow is a maintenance day for the cars which well deserve it.
